On the 30th of April, 2010 in the Assembly hall of the Museum Center took place a film of Eldar Guliyev "Forgotten Hero". The film tells the story of the heroism of the workers of Baku, about their contribution to the victory over Hitler's Germany. The spectators of "Forgotten hero" were students of schools and representatives of charitable organizations in Baku. In the near future are planning multiple films for war veterans, schoolchildren and students.

On 9 April 2008 the opening ceremony of Informational-educational center “The Russian museum: virtual branch” was held in the Assembly Hall of the Museum Center of Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Azerbaijan.The participants of the opening ceremony were: Deputy Minister of Culture and Tourism S.
