Circular Hall
The Circular Hall (230 m2) is situated under the glass cupola of the building. In this hall presentations, awards ceremonies for culture and art workers, official receptions, panels of experts of the Minister of Culture and Tourism, the signing of agreements on cultural cooperation, ceremonial openings, displays by outstanding Azerbaijani couturiers, symposia, the presentation of the book, “President Ilham Aliyev and Culture”, chess tournaments, a chamber concert, with the French embassy and other official state events.
