About Museum Center

About Museum Center

The building of the Museum Center of the Ministry of Culture of the Azerbaijan Republic is located in the very center of Baku, on the Seaside Boulevard; it was constructed in 1960 in a project led by outstanding Azerbaijani architect Hasan Majidov to commemorate the 90th anniversary of V.I.Lenin and was opened in 1961 as a branch of the Moscow Lenin Museum.
In 1991, following the collapse of the USSR, by decree of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic the building was transferred to the Ministry of Culture of the Azerbaijan Republic and renamed the Museum Center.

In the Museum Center are disposed

Museum Center Objects

Also on the fourth floor of the building, in five rooms, are found:

- An Art Gallery, which is one of the biggest and most beautiful in the city

- A Round Ceremonial hall, below the glass cupola of the building, for the holding of presentations, ceremonies, concerts and other important governmental events.

- An Assembly hall is situated between the second and third floors. This is a venue for conferences, round tables, seminars, symposia, cinema evenings and other events.

Фантастическая выставка! Игра цвета – красок, вроде использованы одни и те же, но … Результат удивительный! Низкий поклон фантастическому художнику – господину Карлосу Мота!!! «Bakı - İslam mədəniyyətinin paytaxtı-2009» ilinin açılışı münasibətilə vebsaytın təqdimatı və sərgi

Mən 40 il təcrübəsi olan muzey işçisi Amaliya Rza qızı çox tez-tez Muzey Mərkəzində keçirilən sərgilərdə iştirak edirəm. Ümumiyyətlə, Muzey Mərkəzinin təşkil etdiyi hər bir tədbir canlı körpüdür. Burada nümayiş etdirilən foto, tablo, heykəl əl işləri Azərbaycanın incə sənətkarlığı müxtəlif istedadlardan zövqlə toplanıb seyrciləri məmnun edir. Выставка, посвященная весне, прекрасному полу и любви совершенно потрясающая. Она демонстрирует талантливость нашей молодежи, высокое чувство прекрасного, понимание ценностей жизни, основанных на любви, доброте и созидании, ведущих человека к счастью и вечности.

Выставка визуального искусства с участием азербайджанских художников

Посещение этой выставки принесло истинную радость и душевное наслаждение. Очень много талантливых работ, которые не конкурируют друг с другом и дополняют общую великолепную картину молодости, таланта.
Кто-то сказал, что талант- это темперамент. На сегодняшней выставке мы наблюдаем калейдоскоп темпераментов, а значит талантов. Трудно выделить какую-то работу, какого-то автора.
